Since two questions seem to be coming up, I'll answer them:

1. If you are having problems recieving mail (or if you know that someone
on your ship is having a problem) please let Mike Groner know. Mike has
been gracious enough to maintain this monster list for us, so please be
patient.

(CO's if you have not done so, please make sure that all of your crew are
receiving the list mail).

2. The list is intended primarily for the latter events of the opening
stages of the war. I am trying not to flood everyone's e-mail boxes with
all of the posts from every unit until we start to really sync timelines
and draw the ships closer together in space as well.

I will try to keep everyone up to date through this list on major events
occurring throughout the fleet.

At the present time, all of the CO's have been briefed on where the plot
is headed in the immediate future so that they can help chart the courses
for their ships in this thread. This is a difficult process, but
everything is starting to gel. Expect to hear more in the near future.

Right now, almost every unit is on at least FMD 3. This is the mission
date on which both the Tabillin and Dante systems are invaded. Tabillin
has been invaded by three (3) battlecruisers. The station and patrol
ships in the system have been destroyed. The Dante system (home to SB
ALIGHIERI and its assocuated marine and combat shuttle units and to USS
YORKTOWN) has been invaded by a much larger force. There are three (3)
battleships, six (6) light cruisers, eighteen (18) destroyers, and a (1)
frigate. Needless to say, they are quite alarmed. ;)

The situation is looking grim for the Federation. We are far nearer to
the Dalriadan home systems than we are to the central worlds of the
Federation. Our supply lines are long and our wait for reinforcements
will be even longer. In this desperate struggle for the future of the New
Frontier, who will prevail?

Only time will tell.

Respectfully,

Jeffrey Jenkins
aka
Vice Admiral John R. Brooks
Commander in Chief INDIGO Fleet
